Co-created dynamic disease awareness hub
The Challenge
To deliver disease awareness mid-pandemic to elevate the awareness and understanding of the impact of a rare respiratory co-morbidity.
The Solution
Co-created with respiratory clinicians, a sustainable and dynamic information hub including bite-sized chunks in multiple formats. The first step was to create a compelling value narrative as the foundation for content development. This then catalysed the planning and production of innovative content in multiple formats to test and learn from.
Registered users benefit from a clinical update every month which provides one-click access to original papers and publications.
The hub delivers continual learning through multiple data collection opportunities and AI directing future content development and enabling tailoring of content to customer persona.
Clinicians were directed to the hub through a variety of connected channels so it became the central hub for the launch communication strategy.
The Results
Over 200 registered healthcare professionals regularly engage with the platform and registered within the first 6 months. The platform sits within the top 20% of websites in terms of engagement. The highest page views mirror content highlighted in email campaigns leading to significant increases in engagement. In the week following a targeted email campaign, time on site rocketed to 9 mins 50 seconds.
